Meshtastic SNR Signal to Noise Ratio Explained for Non-Engineers by Technology Master. The statement that Meshtastic Bidirectional RF amplifiers will amplify noise is incomplete without considering SNR. As I have already explained in the RF amplifier video that these are LNA’s which means they are specifically designed to keep noise low. #meshtastic #ham #lora #diy #offgrid #technologymaster #antenna #lora_24 Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/technologymasterkam/ Website: https://technologymasterka.wixsite.com/technology-masterkam

This RF amplifier works on TX as well as on RX. It has a PA for transmitter side and LNA for receive side. It provides a decent gain on RX as well.

Meshtastic 433 MHz Bidirectional RF Amplifier 2.3 Watt at 5v Overview by Technology Master.

Bidirectional Amplifier uses two amplifiers. One for Transmitter(TX) and other for the receiver(RX) side. It has automatic switching system to switch between RX and TX. In the HAM use the switching circuit needs power in the rages of 5W or up but TX sensing in this amplifier and other Meshtastic Amplifiers needs as little as a few dbm power. Watch my video to find out how much dbm exactly :)
